A quick & helpful guideline for photographers to help them choose models and how to find them.

In some ways, cats are so much easier to draw than dogs. In other ways, notsomuch.
Nystheran Tigers are fictional creatures, similar to an ocelot or clouded leopard, and the size of a medium-size dog (say, for example, a Border Collie). Markings vary wildly; some have the cloud-like leopard rosettes, some have typical tiger stripes, and some have a mixture of both. [Nystheran Tigers were created by Nicias and Alcibiades at [link]] I love the head, the scribbley background and the markings. Not so thrilled with the body, and definitely not so thrilled with the legs. I'm too used to drawing canines these days. So many photo references used for this image, and I can't remember where I got any of them so I apologise for the lack of credits! |
